This past weekend I had the honour to bake and decorate a wedding cake for friends of ours that were married at the beautiful Rafferty's resort at Cams Wharf.
The couple opted to have a 3 tiered, twisted square cake with the following flavours- Bottom- Boston Chocolate Mud, Middle- White Chocolate & Raspberry Swirl, Top- Choc Mint Mud, all which were taste tested a few months ago.
Mrs Kell contacted me yesterday to say "It was beautiful and VERY Yummy. Everybody commented on it! Thank you so so much. You did a FABULOUS job. Matt and I loved it!"
The cake topper was made by a family friend and was transported all the way from Tasmania on the lap of the mother of the groom. It was purely made out of sugar. Dog and all!!
